Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: June 13, 2026
At Zesho (“we,” “us,” or “our”), customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

  1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • be returned in the original shoe box and packaging
  • include all tags, accessories, and any included materials
  • not show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration
    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • final sale or clearance items
  • gift cards
  • items marked as non-returnable
  • worn or used shoes
  • items returned without original packaging
  1. Exchanges

We may allow exchanges for a different size, color, or style, subject to product availability.
If you would like an exchange, please contact us first at info@zesho.ca (mailto:info@zesho.ca). If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where applicable.

  1. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at info@zesho.ca (mailto:info@zesho.ca) with:

  • your full name
  • order number
  • reason for the return
  • photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
    If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
  • the wrong item was sent
  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item is defective
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds may be denied or partially reduced if the returned item:

  • is not in original condition
  • is missing parts or packaging
  • shows signs of use
  • is returned outside the allowed return period
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@zesho.ca (mailto:info@zesho.ca) within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging
    We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zesho.ca (mailto:info@zesho.ca). Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.

Please do not send returns back without contacting us first.
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
